The Los Angeles Rams have announced the numbers that their new players will wear with the team. The announcement comes as the Rams begin their second day of voluntary workouts on Tuesday.
Tre’Davious White, a former Buffalo Bills cornerback who signed a one-year contract with the Rams, will keep his No. 27 jersey in Los Angeles. White has been sidelined the last three seasons due to injuries, including a ruptured ACL and Achilles, but he is a two-time Pro Bowler and former first-team All-Pro when fit.
Darious Williams, a cornerback, returns to the Rams after spending the past two seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Williams, who previously played for the Rams from 2018 to 2021, returned on a three-year contract. He will wear No. 33 this time around, having previously worn Nos. 31 and 11.
Kamren Curl, a safety, inked a two-year agreement with the Rams after playing the previous four years with Washington. He’s set to wear No. 3 for Los Angeles.
Quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo, often known as Jimmy GQ, joins the Rams after previously playing for the New England Patriots, San Francisco 49ers, and the Las Vegas Raiders. He will surprisingly wear No. 11, after previously wearing No. 10.
Jonah Jackson, an offensive guard, signed a three-year contract with the Rams after playing his first four years with the Detroit Lions. The Pro Bowler, who said the opportunity to play with quarterback Matthew Stafford again was a significant reason he chose to return to Los Angeles, will wear No. 72 instead of No. 73 on his new squad.
Finally, the Rams announced that tight end Colby Parkinson will wear No. 86. Parkinson joined the Rams on a three-year agreement after spending the previous four years with the Seattle Seahawks. Parkinson wore No. 84 for the Seahawks.
