Patrick Taylor Jr. has signed with the 49ers.
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the 49ers plan to sign Patrick Taylor Jr. to a one-year contract.
Taylor scored four touchdowns with the Green Bay Packers in 2023. He joined the Packers as an undrafted free agent from Memphis before the 2020 season. He previously played with the Packers for four seasons and briefly with the New England Patriots last season.
Taylor has appeared in 34 Packers games and has 261 running yards and one score in his NFL career. Taylor can aid quarterback Brock Purdy with his throwing game. He grabbed 14 passes for 69 yards and six touchdowns last season, including four touchdown receptions.
