Former Stanford tight end Ben Yurosek has committed to the Georgia Bulldogs.
Georgia has added another player to its roster, as former Stanford tight end Ben Yurosek has committed to the Bulldogs.
Yurosek has spent the last four seasons at Stanford, where he has received significant playing time in the last three years. His greatest year came as a sophomore, when he recorded 43 receptions for 658 yards and three touchdowns. His career statistics presently stand at 108 receptions, 1,342 receiving yards, and five touchdowns. He missed part of the 2023 college football season due to an injury. He also has a big build, measuring 6-foot-4 and weighing over 230 pounds according to his player biography.
The transfer tight end joins a long list of new players that Georgia has acquired through the transfer site. Former Alabama safety Jake Pope, USC wide receiver Michael Jackson III, Florida running back Trevor Etienne, South Carolina defensive line transfer Xzavier McLeod, and London Humphreys, who transferred from Vanderbilt to Athens.
